Terms and Conditions

  1. Per-lesson billing: All courses and consultation services can be purchased and billed individually by lesson unit (60 minutes each). Students may buy single sessions and progress according to project needs.
  2. Booking and rescheduling: After payment for a lesson is completed, please contact customer service to book a specific time slot. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. Refund policy: Unused booked lessons are eligible for a full refund at any time. Once a lesson has been delivered, the completed lesson fee is non-refundable. If a mentor cannot fulfill the lesson for mentor-side reasons, that lesson will be fully refunded.
